I never received that registration and on the puppy's health record it was noted that it had been treated with an antibiotic while in their care for an infection. Well, I have had to take the dog for the treatment 3 other times since the time I took her when I returned back to my home in another part of the state. Is there a place on the web where we can see which stores are being investigated so far?
